This is a small, light cresecent-shaped shawl made from one skein of sock-weight yarn. Sections of garter stitch are followed by sections of simple diagonal lace, creating a defined, yet beautiful fabric.
 
It’s the perfect pattern for:
Those lone, beautiful hand-dyed sock skeins that you have to buy, but you’re not sure what you’re going to use them for!
Saturated OR speckled yarn.
Beginner knitters who are looking to try lace for the first time.

24 garter stitches over 4”/10cm

3.75mm Circular Knitting Needles (80-100cm cable).

1 x 100g skein of sock-weight/4ply yarn. Preferably closer to 400m than 360m.
